RideWiser ("we," "our," or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we handle your data within the RideWiser Urban Transit platform.

1. Data Autonomy & Collection

We believe in data minimization. We only collect what is strictly necessary to plan and route your commute:

Location Data: To fetch accurate Metro timetables, public bus routes, and ride-hailing estimates, we require your origin and destination coordinates. We do not store your persistent movement history.
Search Metadata: We cache route requests (without user identity) to improve our public transit availability algorithms and identify city-wide traffic patterns.

2. Mobility Partners & Networks

RideWiser acts as a secure routing layer. When you search for directions:

Public Networks: We query public transportation matrices to provide you with walking directions and Metro/Bus transit times.
Private Mobility: We use predictive modeling and aggregator gateways to fetch fare estimates for apps like Uber and Namma Yatri. Your personal account details for these private apps are never accessed by us.

3. Third-Party Routing

We utilize the Google Maps Routes API to calculate real-world walking distances, transit intervals, and traffic delays. This data is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. No personally identifiable information (PII) is shared with Google during these requests.

4. App Deep-Linking

When you choose a specific final-mile ride, we "deep-link" you to the respective native app. From that moment, your transaction and data are governed strictly by that provider's privacy policy.

5. Contact & Deletion

You can request the immediate deletion of your cached search history or account at any time by contacting: privacy@ridewiser.in.
