By accessing the RideWiser Transit Optimizer, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using the service immediately.

1. The Aggregator Charter

RideWiser is a comprehensive urban mobility engine designed to help commuters move efficiently using mixed transit methods (Metro, Bus, Auto, Cab). We do not operate transit lines, employ drivers, or facilitate payments directly.

2. Transit Estimates & Routes

Our algorithms calculate multi-modal routes using the Google Maps Routes API (v2) and live traffic intervals. However:

Public Timetables: Metro and public bus timings provided are subject to the local municipal transport authority's dynamic delays.
Fares & Surges: Ride-hailing estimates are provided dynamically but are ultimately subject to the specific platform (e.g., Namma Yatri or Uber).

3. Multi-Modal Responsibility

Our engine suggests mixed transit routes (e.g., Metro + Auto). Users acknowledge that:

The physical transfers between public transit hubs and private mobility pick-ups are the rider's responsibility.
We cannot guarantee the immediate availability of a last-mile vehicle instantly upon disembarking from a bus or train.

4. Third-Party Connections

RideWiser pre-fills coordinates into your native ride-hailing apps for checkout efficiency. We are not responsible for subsequent fulfillment or errors occurring on third-party applications.

5. Acceptable Conduct

RideWiser is built for individual commuters. Systematically scraping transit timetables, route data, or aggregator estimates for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
